Clean Water Project

Join the Advent Conspiracy.

Find joy in giving this Christmas season.

Christmas is a time to celebrate the selfless gift God has graciously given us in Christ.

It’s also a time when America spends around $500 billion on Christmas gifts. That's more than $600 per person. This Christmas, we're taking a step back from spending in order to give more.

We have joined with others in the "Advent Conspiracy" and are resolving to be a part of the restoration of the true meaning of Christmas. Our desire is to...

  • Worship Fully
  • Spend Less
  • Give More
  • Love All

This Christmas we plan to give the most basic element of human life: water.

Water crisis 2Many people around the world are forced to walk miles every day to find water. Frequently, this back breaking task is the responsibility of women and children, and too often after this journey is completed, the water carries malaria, parasites and disease. A water well brings clean, sustainable water to an entire village. Clean water near a village also restores many hours to families offering opportunity for children to get an education and adults to work, start a business or raise their family.

While we cannot provide water for the 800 million people living today without clean drinking water, we have a strong confidence that we can do something.

This Christmas we plan to raise money to drill a well for a community in South Asia who desperately needs clean water.

We are partnering with Nazarene missionaries, and you can be assured that 100% of every dollar you give will go directly to provide water for those in South Asia. Each community well costs approximately $2,750.00

"...I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink.... Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." (Matthew 25:35, 40)

Thank you for your gifts to Jesus and "the least of these" this Christmas.

Christmas can still change the world.
